work in progress

Dear Resident,

APA recently completed necessary work on the gas infrastructure in your area, which involved some digging in the street and possibly on your property. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We've completed temporary works to ensure the site is safe, and we're committed to restoring all affected areas permanently as quickly as possible, typically within 30 days. Here's a breakdown of our reinstatement process:

Your Property: We will permanently re-instate all affected areas within your property, including any paved surfaces.
Nature Strip: The excavated area on your verge will be reinstate to our best ability and near to how we found the area prior to works commencing.
Footpath/Roadway: We've temporarily reinstated the surface of the footpath/roadway. A permanent reinstatemnet will be completed as soon as possible, usually within 30 days.

To ensure our contractors can perform this work safely, please ensure dogs are restrained during reinstatement works.

If you have any questions, please contact us on 1300 001 001.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
