Important Customer Information
A natural gas cylinder has been installed as a temporary supply to your premises today. It is estimated to last for up to 4 days.
Location of the Natural Gas cylinder
The cylinder is located adjacent to the gas meter. Gas is supplied to your meter through a valve which is in the ‘on’ position (see illustration).
Your safety is our priority
If you can smell or hear gas leaking from the meter please turn the meter off by rotating the handle of the valve 90 degrees to the horizontal position (see illustration) and contact Gas Leaks and Emergencies on 1800 427 532.
When the cylinder is empty
If the cylinder runs out or if there is a problem with supply please contact us on 1800 643 183.

Australian Gas Networks - Renewable Gas Projects
Hydrogen Park South Australia (Hyp SA)
Located in Adelaide, this project was the first in Australia to blend renewable hydrogen into the existing gas network, and supplies up to a 10% renewable gas blend to around 4,000 customers.
Hydrogen Park Murray Valley (HyP MV)
Based in Wodonga Victoria, this project will blend up to 10% renewable hydrogen with natural gas to over 40,000 residential and business customers.
Hydrogen Park Gladstone (HyP Gladstone)
Located in Gladstone Queensland, this facility is the first to blend renewable gas into an entire city's network, serving around 770 homes and business with up to a 10% blend.
