Welcome to the Australian Gas Network (AGN) Customer Portal.

 The AGN Customer Portal is an enhanced version of the Builder’s Portal that you know and trust. 

 The Portal allows builders to submit gas connections requests for new homes, and appliance retail stores to submit gas connection requests for existing homes online.

 Our easy to use request form allows you to work at your own pace, and ensures that we capture all important details at once.

 We’ve listened to your feedback, and this improved Portal is just the first step in making it easier for AGN and their partners to provide a better customer experience for you.
